4. Stay Active Outside OF your Workplace
- Exercise is essential to maintain good health, so if your job involves long hours of inactivity, you must compensate with hours of training. Make sure you get at least 2.5 hours of physical activity a week. Swimming, going to the gym, doing yoga, etc.
- If you’re too tired to exercise, a great option is to include more activity in your daily tasks, take the stairs in the place of the elevator, walk to your workplace instead of using your car, etc. Minor changes to your routine will keep you healthy throughout the week.
5. Prepare your Desk
